Mrs. Hadassah Brown - Director of the BJC Sunday School
As an Educator, Hadassah Brown found her passion at a young age. For over a decade now, she has been working in classrooms developing interactive and engaging strategies to bring curriculum to life and enjoys every moment within the classroom. Being a teacher and an educator is practically being a kid all over again – always creating and adapting new ways to learn – its every bit as fun as it sounds. As a kinesthetic learner herself, she understands there are multiple learning types, and strives to make lessons as meaningful to her students every-day lives. Currently, Hadassah works in Early Childhood as a Nursery Teacher and the Aftercare Coordinator, the Youth Director at a local synagogue, and teaches 5th grade on Sunday’s. In addition, she has 7 years Special Education teaching experience between those with moderate to severe needs and inclusion classrooms. On a more personal note, she is the mother of two beautiful daughters ages 2 and 4 and new baby boy. She enjoys painting, community outreach, and bungee-jumping.
